Keystone Financial Partners- Client Relationship Manager

This is not an entry level position. Financial industry experience preferred.
Administrative assistant and office manager experience a plus. Require at least 3-5 years of customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint required. Experience with Morningstar Advisor Workstation preferred. Series 6 or 7 securities license strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, positive, dependable, well-organized, and eager to learn new skills. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills and phone demeanor, extraordinary client service attitude, and a genuine interest in people. Must also be very detail-oriented, technologically literate, exceptional with multi-tasking, and able to work independently with little supervision. Must have excellent follow-through and be a self-starter.

Responsibilities
• Greet clients and prospective clients
• Organize and prepare materials for client meetings • Prepare, process, and track client paperwork • Service client accounts and proactively solve problems • Conduct research on Morningstar as directed • Draft letters and complete mailings as directed by advisor • Answer the telephone, open and process mail
